Ultralight Control Systems

Ultralight Control Systems are light weight aluminum arms for attaching your topside or underwater camera or housing to your topside flash or underwater strobes. It can can also attach lights to your video camera. Ultralight makes one of the lightest weight arm systems on the market. Made with 6061 aluminum that is machined and then hard anodized to withstand the harshest treatment. In addition to arms, a full line of trays, pivots, adapters for all strobes, and video applications, along with numerous accessories are available.

GoPro cameras are all the rage – HD video in a very small package. The world’s most versatile camera. Wear it! Mount it! Love it! Ultralight has a number of new accessories to further extend the shooting possibilities of the GoPro.

TR-GP Tray

See photo above. The handle also pictured is Ultralight code TR-DHB, and ordered separately.

TR-GPD

TR-GPD is the double tray, includes the tripod mount. See photo above. The handle also pictured is Ultralight code TR-DHB, and ordered separately.

TR-GP-3D

Tray for your 3D GoPro housing, You may add two handles and one or two lights. Tray comes with the mount installed.

AD-GO

Want to attach your GoPro to a SLR camera? The new AD-GO gives you a ball mount on the GoPro’s tripod mount. The ball is permanently mounted, so it will not spin off. You will need the fixing bolt from your GoPro camera and a ULCS clamp and ball on the top of your housing. See photos above. The AC-CSL (ordered separately and also pictured above) is a long clamp that allows the camera to stretch out further.

GP-Cage

Cage to go over a regular camera back. A solution to not using the tabs to connect your GoPro. Want to put your GoPro on a pole cam to bait the sharks?? There is now a cage to go over the housing, allowing you to put a ball on it without having to use the plastic tab pieces at the bottom. See photo above.

In addition to GoPro Accessories, Ultralight offers a full line of adapters for every underwater strobe and video light. There are also numerous adapters for use on still and video housings. Ultralight makes trays and pivots for Nikonos, Sea and Sea cameras, and housings.

The Ultralight system will move from your beginning point and shoot system to your more advanced DSLR system. Upgrading from a compact camera and housing to a DSLR system is a big move financially but it does open up a whole new potential for you. If you chose Ultralight for your compact strobe mounting arm system, it will cost very little (or even nothing) to upgrade. The same arms and arm clamps will perform seamlessly from one system to another.
