- Stands
Here is the widest variety of stands to support lighting fixtures, overhead fabrics and other devices. From small stands to heavy-duty stands, and from low stands to very high stands, there are Matthews stands for all of your applications.
- Hardware
Matthews offers hundreds of mechanical devices to help you mount light fixtures in difficult places, hold things together and help you to create better images. Included are the Matthellini and Mafer clamps, the MICROgrip system, the Matthews Monitor Mounts and a full range of internationally sized mounting devices that are sized in millimeters.
- Boom and Arms
In order to move a fixture UP, OUT and AWAY – Matthews has a full line of booms, arms and also the MAX, MINIMAX and MAXine series of unique products to assist in difficult lighting set ups. The INTEL-A-JIB is a precision, 3 Meter long jib arm for camera packages up to 60kg.
- Truss and Clamps
Whether you are operating on stage or on location – rigging safely is of great importance. Matthews offers the international production professionals a full range of clamps to attach fixtures and accessories. For studio applications, Matthews offers two lines of quality, extremely safe hangers for rigging from permanent or temporary grid systems.
- Stands

- Lighting Control
Matthews lighting control devices include reflectors and mirrors for bouncing light as well as a full range of fabric products that are used as overheads and butterflies and also sewn onto frames to scrim and/or flag the light source. Unique portable lighting control kits and high temperature accessories are all available from Matthews.
- Wire Diffusion
Fresnel and open face lighting fixtures, whether they are incandescent or HMI, often require that light output be regulated without any shifting of color temperature. The introduction of Matthews wire diffusion into the light path will reduce light and maintain original color temperature. Wire diffusion is available in full and half aperture and a variety of densities and lens sizes.
- Dollies and Track
Matthews Doorway Dollies have been the industry standard over the past 30+years. The new Roundy Round Doorway Dolly will allow a 2 Meter minimum working circle. The Briefcase Dolly offers great flexibility in a small dolly and the large Western Dolly is great on set or location for equipment, transport and camera support. Matthews’ dolly track is available in both stainless steel and heavy wall in many different lengths and radiuses.
