BarTech Engineering was founded in 1997 by Jim Bartell, the former head of Electrical Engineering for Cinema Products Corporation. BarTech is a manufacturer of specialized products for the Film & Television industries, including the world famous BarTech Focus Device.

The BFD exceeds the performance of the old standards (Seitz, WRC-4) at a fraction of the price. It is compatible with existing motors (Heden, ZB/SLD, FMG-6, new M-One). Its modular approach and interchangeable components allow you to start simple and build your way up to a full featured system, while providing back-ups in case of equipment failure.
